To integrate with Slack, you'll need to install the InterviewPlanner application into your company's Slack workspace.
Installing the application
Installing the Slack app is fairly straightforward. You just need to to the InterviewPlanner Integrations page. There will be a section labeled "Chat". Click on the "Edit" button in the top-right of the section and select "Slack" in the dropdown.
When you do, you'll see a button appear that allows you to connect your account. Clicking on that button will take you over to Slack to continue the process.
From here, you'll be able to make sure that you select the correct Slack workspace from the top-right corner. Don't worry about the banner at the top saying that this app isn't approved by Slack; this is the official Slack app made by InterviewPlanner.
Once you've confirmed it's your company's workspace, you can click on the "Allow" button. This will complete the process and take you back to InterviewPlanner.
And that's it! From now on, you'll have the option to create hiring channels after scheduling specific stages.
